Before she knows it, her happily ordered life is a mess and her unrequited love for him is getting requited—real quick! But there is something Cassie isn’t telling Jake. When he finds out what it is, will their growing feelings for each other be strong enough to survive it, and, more importantly, can he ever forgive her?...

I love this author. I don't know what stopped her writing, but she's so talented, she should so get back to it. I'll buy whatever she puts out. This book has been a winner of mine for a while. Despite the usual pains of a quick beginning, secret baby, and vindictive ex, the emotions are strong throughout the book and carry it along well. Jake was hot with Cass and adorable with Chloe, and Cassie was understandable and likable. Very well-written overall and a constant re-read for me.

3.5 rounded up to 4 stars because Susie Charles writes some steamy steam, sets it on beautiful Australian beaches, and adds an emotional HEA. Hits all the right spots.
