    The recopies in this book are very good, I am diabetic and have diverticulitis so I always reading books of this type. Some really good pictures of recopies are also included in this book, mouth watering ones.This one is stuffed with great information that will help many people who are trying to lose weight or keep it off. This book is very complimentary to my way of thinking as I lost over 15 & ½ stone and have not put it back on.
