    A gigantic opus, and a very useful resource for stories from all the tiny Caribbean islands and countries. The upside is that it notes the storytellers, and groups the tales by island and by type; on the downside, most texts are written down phonetically, so you have to sound them out loud to understand what is going on. Trickster tales abound (mostly about Anansi and Brer Rabbit), which is great, and there are also some interesting variations on European fairy tale types.
